Please note: Each candle is handmade, so slight variations in appearance and color are natural and part of their charm.

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. 

No Refunds Will Be Provided In the Following Cases:

• Requests based on size, color, or design preferences. All product details and images are clearly provided on each listing.

• Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient.

• Products purchased during a sale or promotional event.

• Change of mind after placing the order
